INDEMNIFICATION
You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account and for all activities that occur under your account. GENERAL PROVISIONS
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, excluding any conflict of law principles. You hereby agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these terms shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action. The prevailing party will be awarded reasonable costs and expenses, including without limitation, all attorney's fees, costs, expense and expert witness fees.

If any provision of these terms shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. Playnormous, LLC's failure to enforce the strict performance under this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of Playnormous, LLC's right to subsequently enforce such provision or any other provisions. You agree that any claim arising out of or related to the terms or your use of this Site must be filed within one year after it arose or be permanently barred.
