Using your mouse, drag the food tiles from the columns to the pyramid in the center of your screen. Fill each row with foods from the correct food group, but watch out for flying Chompies that want to gobble up your food tiles. Roll over food tiles to read their nutrition labels. Healthier choices are low in fat and sugar. Earn bonus points for choosing foods like whole grains, lean meats, and low fat milks. Fill the entire pyramid with the correct tiles before you run out of turns or a Chompy gets to the bottom of your screen!

Read the nutrition labels to make healthier choices. Discover the importance of whole grains, different colored veggies, a variety of fruits, low fat milks, and lean meats too. Learn about all six food groups:

  1. Grain: Foods from rice, wheat, cornmeal, oats, and barley.
  2. Vegetable: Nutritious foods from the ground like broccoli, carrots, and lettuce.
  3. Fruit: Nutritious seed-containing foods like watermelon, pears, and pineapple.
  4. Milk: Low fat or fat free milk and milk products like cheese and yogurt.
  5. Meat: Lean beef, poultry, fish, eggs, and nuts.
  6. Any: Discretionary calories or a set amount of extra calories allotted for a person's daily diet. You can splurge here with sugary or fatty foods, but healthy choices are even better.
