At Playnormous, we are all about getting healthy the fun way! Sound too good to be true? Well, we think we've come up with the magic formula which can help you live a healthier life without getting bored. There are a lot of health sites for kids out there already, so why create Playnormous? Because most of these sites aren't that much fun. And those that are fun usually don't have good information that can help kids get healthier.
You can learn about health AND still have a great time by playing games and watching cool videos. Learning about health doesn't have to be boring. We are a team of great designers, programmers, and health experts. Mix us all together and voila-- you get the Playnormous website where we make health games fun.
This site has been designed for you, but don't forget the Playnormous site can be for anyone that wants to be healthy. Have an adult play a game with you and see how much they actually know about health.

Fried foods are full of hidden calories.
When foods are fried, the oil adds extra calories. Instead of regular potato chips, try baked potato chips or nachos. Bake small strips of real potatoes in the oven as a substitute for French fries.
Balancing your food choices during the day can help you get healthy and still eat some of your favorite foods.
If you eat more high-fat foods like fast food at one meal, pick low-fat foods the rest of the day. You dont have to give up all of your favorite foods to get healthy.
Exercise doesn't require going to the gym or running around a track.
Exercise is simply physical activity that is structured and involves repetitive body movement. This can be anything from jumping rope to kicking a soccer ball to riding your bike. There are tons of options!
