Fat is considered an important nutrient that helps you grow and stay on the go!

Fat helps your body grow and is a source of energy. It even helps keep your skin and hair healthy. But beware: eating too much fat is bad for your body, and some fats are better than others.

There are ways to make fast food a healthier meal.

Skip the value-sized or super-sized, use mustard instead of mayo, add extra lettuce and tomato to your burger, get a baked potato or salad instead of fries, and skip the soda.
