Playnormous is staffing up with artists and programmers to help us make our games. We have a monstrous need for talented people and want to hear from you.

At Playnormous, we are all about getting healthy the fun way! Sound too good to be true? Well, we think we've come up with the magic formula which can help you live a healthier life without getting bored. There are a lot of health sites for kids out there already, so why create Playnormous? Because most of these sites aren't that much fun. And those that are fun usually don't have good information that can help kids get healthier.

You can learn about health AND still have a great time by playing games and watching cool videos. Learning about health doesn't have to be boring. We are a team of great designers, programmers, and health experts. Mix us all together and voila-- you get the Playnormous website where we make health games fun.

This site has been designed for you, but don't forget the Playnormous site can be for anyone that wants to be healthy. Have an adult play a game with you and see how much they actually know about health.

Not only is getting up and playing outside a good way to burn calories, but your body also gets Vitamin D from the sun.

Twenty minutes of jogging and 40 minutes of walking burns the same number of calories.

There are many ways to burn 100 calories. Play basketball for 20 minutes, bike for 25, skateboard for 32, dance for 45, and sweep for 52.

Watching tv can help you get fit.

You can be physically active without missing your favorite shows by exercising while watching tv. Do some crunches and pushups during the commercials. Try using a treadmill or stationary bike instead of sitting on the couch.
